Door-to-Door Sales Representative

Dript Exteriors is a growing exterior cleaning and property services company servicing Sydney and surrounding suburbs. We are looking for confident and motivated Door-to-Door Sales Representatives to join our sales team.

This is a field-based sales role focused purely on speaking with homeowners, identifying prospects and generating recent business. You sell, our office team handles the rest.

What you'll be doing:
Door-to-door prospecting in allocated Sydney suburbs
Approaching and speaking with homeowners
Identifying potential exterior cleaning and maintenance needs
Explaining Dript Exteriors' services and the value we provide
Generating leads and closing sales
Recording customer details and sales through our provided system
Working within allocated sales territories
Representing Dript Exteriors professionally while in the field

What you WON'T be doing:
Preparing formal quotes or invoices
Scheduling jobs
Completing cleaning work
Managing customer administration
Chasing payments
Handling ongoing job coordination

Once you've generated the sale, our admin and operations team takes care of the rest.

We're looking for someone who is:
Confident approaching and speaking with recent people
Self-motivated and comfortable working independently
Competitive and results-driven
Professional and well presented
Comfortable handling objections and asking for the sale
Reliable and consistent
Experienced in D2D or sales is preferred, but not essential for the right person
