We are seeking an experienced Boilermaker / Fabricator to join a well-established business based in Fairfield East, NSW. The Role

Working within a busy workshop, you will be responsible for the fabrication, welding, repair, and maintenance of forklifts, attachments, and material handling equipment. You will ensure all work is completed safely, efficiently, and to a high standard.

Key Responsibilities
Perform welding, fabrication, cutting, grinding, and fitting activities
Complete structural repairs, modifications, and rebuild work
Inspect equipment and identify repair requirements
Diagnose and repair mechanical,



hydraulic, and electrical faults
Carry out servicing and preventative maintenance tasks
Ensure all work complies with quality and safety standards
Maintain workshop equipment and accurate service records
Communicate effectively with customers and team members regarding repairs and maintenance requirements

About You

To be successful in this role, you will have:
Trade qualification as a Boilermaker, Fabricator, Welder or similar
Experience in welding, fabrication, and structural repairs
Robust fault-finding and problem-solving abilities
Ability to read and interpret engineering drawings and technical specifications
Commitment to workplace safety and quality workmanship
Strong work ethic with the ability to work independently and as part of a team
