The successful candidate will be responsible for developing and executing a four-year technology strategy and roadmap, leading enterprise-wide technology transformation initiatives, and providing executive and Board-level technology advice. Key responsibilities also include overseeing infrastructure, cybersecurity, service delivery, ERP platforms, and managing IT budgets, vendors, and strategic partnerships. The Head of Technology will lead a team of four technology professionals, ensuring that technology is recognized as a strategic business enabler and leading various technology projects, system upgrades, and digital transformation programs.
