Bedrock Workforce is growing our crew of skilled Shotcreters and Concrete Finishers for ongoing work on major civil and infrastructure sites across Sydney. You'll be part of the Bedrock team, deployed to our project sites, with genuine full time work and a company that backs its people.

We're heading into a very busy period and want quality tradespeople who take pride in their finish and want to stick around the right people stay on full-time.

The work
Shotcrete finishing — screeding, floating, trowelling and sponging to a high standard
Pump operating, spraying or finishing (tell us your strengths)
Working in a tight, quality-driven Bedrock crew on active civil sites

What you'll bring
Solid experience in shotcrete spraying, pump operating and/or finishing
A genuine quality finish — screed, float, trowel and sponge done right
Reliability and a good attitude — easy to work with, switched on
Up for the hours — 50-hour week (10-hr days Mon–Fri plus some Saturdays), fluctuating with the program.



Long hours come with the role, so you'll need to be ready for it
White Card and tickets are a plus — but not essential.
Working supervisors welcome — ours lead from the front and stay on the tools
