Experienced Bookkeeper / Accounts Officer – Part Time

OTC Tiles & Bathroom is an established tile and bathroomware supplier based in Roselands, Sydney. We are looking for an experienced and reliable Bookkeeper / Accounts Officer to join our team on a permanent part-time basis.

This is an onsite position working 3–4 days per week, approximately 24–30 hours per week. We are looking for someone seeking a stable, long-term role who can confidently manage the day-to-day accounting functions of a small to medium-sized business.

Key responsibilities include:
Accounts payable and accounts receivable
Processing supplier invoices and payments
Bank and credit card reconciliations
Customer payments and account reconciliations
Payroll and superannuation
BAS/GST reconciliations and preparation of information for review and lodgement by our external accountant
Month-end reconciliations and reporting
Maintaining accurate financial records
General bookkeeping and accounts administration
Liaising with our external accountant when required





About you: You will have at least 3–5 years of hands-on bookkeeping or accounts experience, with robust AP, AR, reconciliation and payroll skills. Experience using MYOB, similar accounting software is required. MYOB Exo experience is highly regarded but not essential.

You should be accurate, organised, reliable and comfortable working independently while also being part of a small team.

Mandarin and/or Cantonese language skills would be highly regarded but are not essential.

Employment: Permanent Part time
Hours: 24–30 hours per week, 3–4 days
Pay: $35–$40 per hour + super, depending on experience
Work arrangement: Onsite only

Pay: $35.00 – $40.00 per hour

Expected hours: 22.0 – 24.0 per week
