We are seeking passionate and dedicated therapists to join our team on an occasional basis. This role provides the flexibility to choose your availability and workload while working with a diverse range of NDIS participants.

As an Occasional Therapist, you will have the opportunity to:
Provide high-quality, person-centred therapeutic services to NDIS participants.
Support participants to achieve their individual goals, build capacity and enhance independence.
Work collaboratively with participants, families, carers and support teams.
Develop positive and skilled relationships with participants and stakeholders.
Contribute to outcomes that improve participants’ wellbeing, participation and quality of life.

About You

We are looking for therapists who are:
Qualified and appropriately registered or accredited within their profession.
Experienced in working with people with disability, psychosocial disability or complex support needs.
Compassionate, respectful and committed to person-centred practice.




Able to work independently while contributing effectively to a multidisciplinary team.
Flexible and adaptable, with a strong commitment to quality service delivery.
Knowledgeable about the NDIS framework, participant rights and capacity-building approaches.

Pay: $70.00 – $110.00 per hour

Expected hours: 4.0 – 10.0 per week
