About the Role

We’re looking for a detail-oriented Accounts Officer to join our finance team in a quick-paced manufacturing environment.

Reporting to the Finance Manager, you’ll be responsible for end-to-end Accounts Payable, Accounts Receivable, payroll processing, and bank reconciliations, supporting accurate and timely financial operations.

Key Responsibilities
Process AP invoices, payment runs & supplier reconciliations
Manage AR, collections & customer account reconciliations
Perform daily bank & credit card reconciliations
Process end-to-end payroll using Employment Hero
Assist with month-end close, journals & reporting
Support audits,



compliance & financial record accuracy
Identify process improvements within finance systems

About You
Experience in an Accounts Officer or similar role
Solid AP, AR, bank rec & month-end knowledge
Experience with Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central
Payroll experience (Employment Hero highly regarded)
High attention to detail & solid organisational skills

Desirable:
Manufacturing/FMCG experience
Knowledge of GST, BAS & AU compliance
Intermediate Excel skills

Pay: From $85,000.00 per year

Kingsgrove NSW 2208: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Required)

Experience:
Accounts payable/ receiveable: 3 years (Preferred)
