Landscapers, Landscape Labourers & Maintenance Workers – Sunshine Coast

We’re currently seeking Landscapers, Landscape Labourers, and Parks & Maintenance Workers for ongoing work across Sunshine Coast. These roles suit people who enjoy working outdoors, are physically fit, and can jump into a variety of hands-on tasks.

Positions Available

Landscapers
Softscape and hardscape installation (planting, turfing, mulching, garden beds)
Basic construction elements: paving, edging, retaining walls, drainage support, and site preparation
Assisting with or carrying out landscape construction tasks alongside experienced trades

Landscape Labourers
Softscape: planting, mulching, turfing, garden beds
Hardscape: basic paving, edging, site prep, assisting trades

Maintenance Workers
Mowing, whipper‑snipping, brush‑cutting
General park upkeep
Litter collection, pruning,



weed control
Roadside/motorway vegetation maintenance

What We’re Looking For
White Card (required)
Drivers licence & reliable transport
Physically fit and able to work outdoors
Previous landscaping or maintenance experience is highly regarded but not essential
Valuable attitude and willingness to work in a team
