Mechanical Fitter - Night Shift | FMCG

$50/hr + 30% Night Shift Loading | Sunday-Thursday | Plenty of Overtime

We are seeking an experienced Mechanical Fitter to join a fast-paced manufacturing operation on a permanent night shift roster.

This is an excellent chance for a proven maintenance fitter from an FMCG, food, pharmaceutical or packaging environment looking for solid earning potential, consistent overtime and long-term work.

$50/hr + 30% night shift loading
Sunday to Thursday night shift roster

THE ROLE:
Preventative and reactive maintenance across production machinery
Mechanical fault finding, breakdowns and repairs
Maintenance of high-speed automated equipment
Work with conveyors, gearboxes, bearings,



pumps and pneumatic systems
Equipment changeovers, adjustments and repairs
Planned maintenance and shutdown activities
Identify recurring faults and assist with equipment improvements
Maintain high safety and quality standards

ABOUT YOU:
Australian-recognised Mechanical Trade Qualification - essential
FMCG, food, pharmaceutical or packaging maintenance experience - essential
Solid mechanical fault-finding and breakdown experience
Experience with high-speed or automated production machinery
Strong understanding of preventative maintenance
Full Australian working rights - essential
Available to work Sunday to Thursday nights
