POSITION SUMMARY:

At MAYFAIR RIDGE TRADING PTY LTD, we are seeking a skilled Motel Manager who can effectively lead and oversee the day-to-day operations of the motel. The successful candidate will play a key role in ensuring our guests receive a high standard of accommodation, dining and hospitality services, while maintaining an effective, welcoming and well-managed operation. The Motel Manager will be responsible for supervising the work and activities of reception, maintenance and housekeeping.

ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS:

· Coordinate motel operations, including reservations, housekeeping, and food service ensuring consistently high standards of guest service.

· Supervise security and room and facilities maintenance to ensure the motel is protected, well-presented and maintained to a high standard.

· Ensure the motel operates in accordance with all relevant legislation, regulations,



licensing requirements and industry standards, including workplace health and safety requirements.

· Monitor and evaluate guest feedback and satisfaction, identifying opportunities to improve the overall guest experience and service delivery.

POSITION QUALIFICATIONS:

· At least relevant Diploma level qualification.

· Experience: At least 12 months experience in a similar role.

· Other Qualifications: Marketing experience / course valued but not essential.

REQUIRED SKILLS:

· RMS Knowledge.

· Excellent communication skills.

· Ability to establish priorities.

· Solid time management skills.

· Ability to lead and coordinate various departments.

Pay: $80,000.00 per year
