We're currently looking for an Experienced F&I; Business Manager to join our Heartland Motors dealership.

Our ideal candidate will have proven Finance and Insurance experience - ideally within the automotive industry.

To succeed in this position, you'll also need:
Exceptional customer service and people skills
Proven sales abilities
Strong computer skills with the ability to pick up new systems
Excellent literacy and numeracy skills
The confidence to build and foster robust relationships

In this role,



you'll be responsible for introducing and selling our in-house Finance, Insurance and Warranty Products to customers. You'll need exceptional negotiation skills throughout the sales process and the ability to work with all departments in our dealership to achieve results.
