We’re looking for a friendly, reliable and enthusiastic Bar Person to join the team at the Royal Hotel.

If you enjoy working with people, can provide outstanding old-fashioned country hospitality and don’t mind getting stuck in when things get busy, we’d love to hear from you.

The role includes:
Serving drinks and providing friendly customer service
Bar setup, cleaning and general duties
Handling cash and EFTPOS transactions
Maintaining a clean, welcoming bar
Following RSA and liquor licensing requirements
Helping create a great atmosphere for our locals and visitors
Working as part of a small, supportive team

We’re looking for someone who:
Is friendly, outgoing and dependable
Has a positive attitude and positive work ethic
Is available for evening and weekend shifts




Can work confidently both independently and as part of a team
Has an RSA or is willing to obtain one
Has bar or hospitality experience — preferred, but not essential for the right person

Experience isn't everything.

Personality, reliability and a willingness to learn are just as key to us.

Casual position with shifts available across our trading week.
