Our Client, located in Cobden Victoria, is one of Australia’s largest manufacturer’s in the Dairy industry.

APG are currently seeking a Maintenance Electrician, with FMCG experience, to work with our client on a temporary assignment, with the possibility of extension.

This role is a 2 days and 2 nights roster then, 2 days a 3 nights and then 3 days a 2 nights.
6am – 6pm and 6pm to 6am, including weekends.
Key Responsibilities
Preventive and breakdown maintenance
Assist with other Maintenance as required
General Housekeeping

About You
A Grade-Electrical qualification with basic tools kit
Experience in maintaining production machinery and equipment in a volume production environment
Valuable mechanical aptitude and troubleshooting skills essential




Previous exposure to fluid dynamics, PLC’s, pneumatics and ability to work to quality standards
A commitment to Occupational Health and Safety is a critical component to being successful in the position
Strong mechanical aptitude essential
Well-developed communication
Automated packaging machinery for high volume FMCG;
Be a self-starter who is highly motivated and hard-working;
Willing to foster and encourage improvements;
Have excellent time management and prioritising skills;
Physically Fit
