This is a part-time position with a minimum of 15 hours per week.

What you'll get to do




Create a positive guest experience and deliver a high level of service
Creating “WOW” moments in service and leadership
A genuine interest in local produce and local events
Ensure effective restaurant operation
Support the management of bookings and balance seat capacity

What you need
Experience in the restaurant / bar industry -Bar attendant, Waiter, Waitress ect
RSA and ideally food handling certificate
Excellent communication skills
Outstanding service focus and the ability to share that with your team members
Solid food and wine knowledge particularly of local Tasmanian produce
