Our client, located in Lane Cove West, is looking for a talented store-person / all-rounder TA who is proficient as a forklift driver for loading trucks and can multi-task as a TA and undertake mechanical assembly at a basic level using tools in the factory with valuable attention to detail.

Key Responsibilities:
Operating a forklift to load and unload trucks
Data Entry for receiving and dispatch
Performing various manual handling tasks and assisting with factory operations ie assembling cabinets and assisting fitters
Reporting directly to the Production Supervisor and Manager, collaborating effectively within the team
Working both autonomously and as part of a team in a fast-paced setting

Ideal candidate criteria:
Solid experience operating a forklift.




Previous experience in a store environment, including receipt and dispatch.
Mechanical aptitude and the ability to use hand tools
Excellent attention to detail and communication skills.
Ability to perform manual handling tasks and a strong work ethic.
Proficiency in computer applications.

To be successful you must have:
A current NSW Forklift License with at least one year of solid experience.
Computer literacy; SAP or inventory management system experience is an advantage
Availability to work Monday to Friday from 7:00 am to 3:00 pm.
Physically fit and able to lift up to 25kg.
Proven background as a TA or willingness to assist when required
Two contactable work references.
