We are currently recruiting a full-time Cook with demonstrated experience.

Task & Responsibilities
Assist the Head Chef in daily food preparation.
Ensure high-quality food production, preparation and presentation.
Supervise cooking procedures.
Ensure that sanitation, health and safety standards are maintained in work areas.

Qualification & Experience
A minimum of one year experience in similar role.
Strong communication and organisation skills.
Formal culinary training and apprenticeship certification.




Knowledge for menu creation.
Capable of upholding cost and quality benchmarks.
Capable of performing well under pressure.
Outstanding interpersonal, communication, and reporting abilities.

Skills and experience
Hold a trade certificate in commercial cookery.
At least two years or more work experience in a commercial kitchen
Experienced working in a commercial kitchen - not essential but ideal.
Robust work ethic, clean, organised and meticulous
