We are a family run artisan Italian bakery and are looking for a passionate and skilled Pastry Chef to be part of our croissant and viennoiserie program.

About Us:

Our bakery is rooted in traditional sourdough methods and a commitment to craftsmanship. From naturally leavened loaves to hand-rolled croissants, we believe in slow fermentation, local ingredients, and a high standard of excellence. We're a small team focused on quality, creativity, and building something truly special in the community.

The Role:

You’ll be responsible for producing, and scaling a variety of croissants, pains au chocolat, morning buns, and other laminated pastries. You’ll also have the prospect to help shape our evolving pastry menu, such as cakes tarts and such sweets, alongside our head baker and owners.

What We’re Looking For:
Minimum 2 years of skilled experience in viennoiserie and laminated doughs
Knowledge in basic pastry preparation such as custard, cake decorating and tarts making
Ability to work early mornings and in a quick-paced,



production-driven environment
Passion for artisanal baking and attention to detail
Team player who thrives in a collaborative, hands-on setting

Bonus If You Have:
Experience with sourdough or natural fermentation
Interest in seasonal pastries and recipe development
Culinary or pastry degree (not required, but welcomed)
Experience in kitchen (not required, but welcomed)
