RECEPTIONIST – Crows Nest | My Cosmetic Clinic

Love a fast-paced clinic workplace where every day looks a little different? My Cosmetic Clinic is looking for a Receptionist to join our Crows Nest team.

We're a group of 9 cosmetic clinics across NSW, offering surgical and non-surgical treatments to a loyal, growing client base. Our reputation is built on exceptional patient care - and our front desk is where that experience starts. More at: mycosmeticclinic.net.

What you'll be doing:
Running a busy switchboard and managing a full appointment book
Greeting patients and creating a warm first impression
Scheduling appointments and processing payments
Entering and updating patient records in Cliniko
Handling patient enquiries with confidence and discretion
Keeping the clinic running smoothly day to day

What we're after:
A people-person with polished phone manner and real customer service instincts




Someone who thrives under pressure and juggles a busy workload without missing a beat
Sharp organisational and time management skills
Confidence with computers and a willingness to learn recent systems
A positive, skilled presentation and attitude
Availability across 9am–5pm, with flexibility for later finishes, occasional weekends, and covering leave

Cliniko experience is a bonus but not essential - we'll train the right person.

Minimum 20 hours per week, casual basis.
