We’re looking for an exceptional Assistant Manager to lead our Tissot concession at Myer Bourke Street Melbourne.
Reporting to the Melbourne Multi-Site Manager, based at Tissot Collins Street, you’ll play a key role in driving the success of the concession, leading the team, delivering an exceptional customer experience and ensuring the Tissot brand is represented to the highest standard.

How You’ll Make an Impact
Deliver exceptional customer service and lead by example
Drive sales targets, budgets and KPIs
Lead, coach and motivate the team
Set transparent customer service and selling standards
Build strong customer relationships and resolve complaints
Deliver a high standard across every stage of the selling cycle
Conduct regular product, sales and operational training
Maintain Tissot product and visual merchandising standards
Oversee daily concession operations and cash handling
Manage stock,
inventory and stocktake processes
Communicate key matters to the Melbourne Multi-Site Manager
Complete reporting, administration and compliance requirements

Retail management or supervisory experience
Strong customer service and relationship-building skills
Excellent leadership and people management skills
Strong communication and organisational skills
Excellent time management and prioritisation skills
Computer literacy, including Word and Excel
Understanding of basic retail financials
Experience in inventory and stock management

Experience in watches, jewellery, fashion, luxury or premium retail
A passion for Swiss watchmaking, craftsmanship and design
Strong product knowledge and a focus on customer experience
