Social Media Coordinator & Content Creator – Immediate Start

Yo Way is looking for a brilliant, highly creative social media professional to take ownership of our content and lead our social media presence.

We’re a quick-growing Australian frozen yoghurt brand with locations across the country. We need someone who understands how to turn a great brand into content people genuinely want to watch, share and engage with.

This is a hands-on role. You’ll be responsible for:

Developing and leading our social media strategy

Planning and managing the content calendar

Filming, editing and publishing high-quality short-form content

Creating content for TikTok, Instagram and Facebook

Identifying trends and turning them into relevant, on-brand ideas

Growing our audience, engagement and store visitation

Coordinating content across our store network

Measuring performance and continually improving results

You must have:

A proven track record of growing and managing social media accounts

Strong content creation, filming and editing skills





A portfolio showing real examples and measurable results

A robust understanding of TikTok, Instagram Reels and current trends

The confidence to take ownership, move quickly and execute without constant direction

Excellent communication, organisation and attention to detail

This is not a junior coordination role. We are looking for someone who can lead social media creatively and strategically while also producing the content.
