Key Responsibilities
Attend customers and accurately perform water testing and recommend the correct chemicals to balance the chemistry of a pool.
Attend calls and enquiries of the customer and collaborate with the servicing person over the phone.
Operate the point-of-sale (POS) system, process transactions, handle cash/EFTPOS payments, and manage daily sales accurately.
Maintain visual merchandising standards, restock shelves, and monitor inventory levels.
Maintain store cleanliness and ensure a safe, organised retail environment.
Assist with administration tasks, including scheduling service bookings.

You will ideally have:
Experience in water chemistry testing and/or a high understanding of pool & spa chemistry.
Superior customer service skills,



bringing enthusiasm and commitment to assisting our customers.
A keen eye for detail and accuracy in sales and testing.
The availability to work on a rotating roster, including weekends.
The ability to work in a quick-paced, team setting.
