FRONT OF HOUSE SERVER

Position: Front of House Server

Reports to: Owner

Location: Tillage Pizza, Belmont

POSITION OVERVIEW
Responsible for providing friendly, efficient and skilled service to customers across dine-in, takeaway and counter service.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
Welcome customers and provide friendly, attentive service.
Take and process customer orders accurately.
Explain menu items and answer customer questions.
Deliver food and drinks to customers.
Process payments and operate the POS system.
Maintain cleanliness and presentation of the dining room, counter and service areas.
Assist with takeaway orders and customer enquiries.
Assist delivery partners with their pick up of delivery orders. Coordinate our KDS to streamline service in conjunction with the back of house staff
Support opening and closing procedures, including dishwashing and cleaning the venue
Restock front-of-house supplies.




Assist other team members during busy service periods.
Maintain Tillage Pizza standards for hospitality, presentation and customer service.

SKILLS & EXPERIENCE
Previous hospitality experience preferred but not essential.
Strong customer service and communication skills.
Ability to work efficiently in a busy setting.
Basic POS and cash-handling skills.
Barista experience desirable.
Availability across evenings and weekends required.
Current driver’s license preferred but not essential.

Pay: $26.44 – $31.00 per hour

Expected hours: 4.0 – 16.0 per week
