We are seeking a high-energy, outgoing Barista & All-Rounder to join our fast-paced beachside team. Located at Manly Beach, our venue pumps out high volumes of specialty coffee and fresh food to a steady stream of locals, surfers, and tourists. If you love the sun, thrive under pressure, and can switch seamlessly between smashing out top-tier coffees and managing customers with a smile, you will fit right in. Key Responsibilities:
High-Volume Coffee Production: Dial in, grind, and pour premium espresso beverages quickly without affecting quality
All-Rounder: Confidently take orders, handle transactions on the POS, run food and drinks
Customer Engagement: Greet our community with a warm, sunny attitude, remember regular orders, and keep the vibes high
Efficiency & Cleanliness: Maintain a spotless coffee station and dining area, managing stock levels and workflow under high demand

We Are Looking For:
Proven Experience:



At least 1–2 years working as a barista and FOH all-rounder in a high-volume, fast-paced hospitality workplace
Vibrant Personality: Naturally outgoing, positive, and genuinely enthusiastic about customer service
Versatility & Speed: Ability to switch roles quickly, multi-task, and stay calm and quick under pressure on busy weekends
Technical Skill: Solid understanding of espresso extraction, commercial milk texturing and basic latte art

Pay: $26.44 – $48.48 per hour

Expected hours: 20.0 – 35.0 per week

Ability to commute/relocate:
Manly NSW: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Required)

Experience:
barista: 2 years (Required)

Licence/Certification:
RSA (Preferred)
