About the role

As Senior Chiropractic Assistant, you will help oversee the day-to-day flow of the clinic and set the standard for an exceptional client experience. You will be at the heart of the clinic — welcoming clients, supporting Chiropractors, helping lead the front desk team and ensuring every part of the client journey reflects the high standard of care Global Chiropractic is known for.

Key responsibilities
Creating a warm, professional and memorable welcome for every client
Managing appointments, phone calls, payments and client communication
Coordinating a busy appointment book and maintaining efficient clinic flow
Supporting Chiropractors throughout client visits
Helping clients understand appointments, schedules and clinic processes
Overseeing front desk systems and ensuring tasks are completed accurately
Being a team player and helping the team achieve outstanding things
Identifying opportunities to improve systems and the client experience
Assisting with team communication and day-to-day clinic organisation
Taking initiative and confidently solving problems as they arise

About you
Has previous experience in a senior reception, administration, customer service, practice or team coordination role
Warm,



engaging and confident communicating with people of all ages
Exceptionally organised with solid attention to detail
Can confidently manage multiple priorities in a busy environment
Takes initiative rather than waiting to be told what to do
Dependable, punctual and follows through on commitments
Strong computer skills and learns new systems quickly
Communicates professionally both in person and over the phone
Enjoys supporting and bringing out the best in other team members
Comfortable taking ownership and responsibility
