The Sheet Society is opening a recent Melbourne store and seeks an Assistant Store Manager to lead and grow the team from mid October. You will partner with the Store Manager to deliver an exceptional customer experience, cover a Sunday–Thursday roster, and help shape store culture from day one.
You will coach and develop a high-performing team, manage rosters and wages, and ensure brand standards, visual merchandising, and operational tasks are executed to drive sales and profitability.
