Summary:

We are seeking a dedicated and friendly Tea Lady to join our team in the Property & Housing sector. This full time role is essential for creating a welcoming setting for our staff and clients by providing high-quality tea and refreshments. The ideal candidate will contribute to the overall comfort and satisfaction of our workplace, ensuring that all areas are well-stocked and maintained.

Responsibilities:
Prepare and serve a variety of teas and refreshments to staff and visitors
Maintain cleanliness and organisation of the kitchen and dining areas
Restock supplies as needed, ensuring all items are readily available
Assist with catering for meetings and events, including setting up and clearing away
Provide excellent customer service,



responding to requests in a timely manner
Monitor and manage inventory of tea and snack supplies
Support the team with additional tasks as required

Qualifications:
Previous experience in a similar role or hospitality environment is preferred
Solid interpersonal and communication skills
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Excellent organisational skills and attention to detail
Basic food hygiene knowledge is an advantage
A friendly and approachable demeanour
