What are we looking for?
Infinity is seeking a Fixed-term Talent Specialist in Sydney where you will report to the Talent & Culture Manager and work collaboratively with the lead Talent/HR Specialist.
A successful candidate will have, but is not limited to:
A proven record as a recruiter in the commercial construction industry.
An understanding of construction business structures and role requirements.
Robust influencing and negotiation skills
Excellent communication skills and understand what is needed
Patience and solutions-focused approach
Experience using JobAdder or a similar ATS would be highly regarded.
