Job Description

We’re looking for a passionate and driven Commis chef who thrives in a quick-paced kitchen and takes pride in delivering exceptional food every time. If you love teamwork, creativity, and maintaining high culinary standards, this role is for you.

What you’ll be doing:
Running your section with confidence, efficiency, and consistency
Preparing and cooking high-quality dishes to recipe and brand standards
Supporting smooth service with robust organisation and a sense of urgency
Monitoring stock, minimising waste, and maintaining cost awareness
Mentoring and supporting apprentices and junior chefs
Working collaboratively across kitchen sections to deliver outstanding guest experiences
Maintaining impeccable food safety, hygiene, and kitchen standards
