Colliers is looking for an experienced Property Accounting leader to oversee our national property accounting and client reporting function within Real Estate Management Services (REMS).

You'll be the go-to expert for property accounting, ensuring exceptional client outcomes, solid financial controls and continuous improvement across the business.

What you'll be doing
Leading our national property accounting and client reporting function
Managing and mentoring a high-performing team of trust accounting professionals
Partnering with senior leaders on budgeting, forecasting and business performance
Driving process improvement, automation and systems enhancements
Ensuring compliance, governance and financial control standards are maintained
Supporting new business opportunities through commercial and financial input
Building solid relationships with internal stakeholders and key clients
