We are hiring experienced Speech Pathologists for a leading healthcare organization in Australia. The ideal candidate should have experience in assessing, diagnosing, and treating speech, language, communication, and swallowing disorders, with a strong focus on pediatric care.
Key Responsibilities
Assess speech, language, communication, and swallowing disorders.
Develop and implement individualized therapy plans.
Deliver evidence-based speech and language therapy.
Work closely with families, caregivers, and multidisciplinary healthcare teams.
Educate clients and caregivers on communication and swallowing strategies.
Maintain accurate clinical documentation and treatment records.
Requirements
Eligibility Criteria
Bachelor's or Master's Degree in Speech Pathology.
Valid registration with Speech Pathology Australia.
Minimum 3–5 years of clinical experience as a Speech Pathologist.
Experience working with pediatric clients.
Solid communication, interpersonal, and teamwork skills.
Ability to work independently and in a multidisciplinary environment.
