Job Description

We are looking for an experienced Fulfillment Specialist to support our Australia and New Zealand operations. This is a energetic regional role responsible for managing end-to-end fulfillment activities, ensuring excellent customer service, efficient logistics execution, and seamless coordination across the supply chain network.

Working closely with internal stakeholders, freight forwarders, logistics providers, and warehouse partners, you will play a key role in ensuring products are delivered on time while driving operational excellence and continuous improvement across the ANZ region.

What You'll Be Doing
Manage and execute service, sales, and program orders across Australia and New Zealand.
Coordinate with freight forwarders, shipping partners, transportation providers, and 3PL warehouses to ensure timely and cost-effective deliveries.
Oversee domestic and international shipments, including ocean freight and other transportation modes.




Monitor order fulfillment activities and proactively resolve shipment delays, inventory issues, and customer escalations.
Partner with Service, Commercial, Program Management, and Supply Chain teams to meet customer commitments and business objectives.
Drive logistics cost optimization and support process improvement initiatives across the ANZ supply chain network.
Analyze fulfillment and logistics performance metrics to identify opportunities for operational enhancements.
Ensure compliance with company policies, trade requirements, and import/export regulations.
Act as a key point of contact for fulfillment-related activities, building robust relationships with both internal and external stakeholders.
Support a fast-paced and evolving business setting while maintaining a strong customer-focused approach.
