Job Description
Deliver PS engagements in accordance with Check Point Skilled Services standards
Provide security consultancy to some of Check Point’s largest customers.
Provide integration and implementation services of Check Point’s High-End products in complex networking environments
Provide Technical Account Management duties with key accounts as required.
Provide product training and workshops to customers if required.
Developing Methods of Procedures (MOP) and Low-Level designs (LLD) to meet customers’ criteria
Developing test plans and testing current features and products before deploying them in production
Trouble-shooting Check Point products when required
Work in collaboration with sales, R&D;, TAC and other Check Point teams to ensure customer satisfaction
Act in the best interest of the company at all times
