Projects coming up within Perth Metro that we are recruiting Site Managers for:
Apartments/ Multi-use( Various locations: Butler, Scarbrough, Applecross, Freo, Sorrento, Ellenbrook, Kelmscott, Subiaco, Bassendean) up to $100M
Townhouses (various metro area) $5-10M
Hospitality projects including restaurants, cafes, hotels ( $8-100M)
Sporting facilities & government buildings
Educational (various north & south) $10-50M
Healthcare ( various locations, referb, extensions & recent buildings) up to $400M
Towers ( Burswood) $4B project

What you'll need to succeed
Experience working in commercial construction full design and construct with a main contractor ( projects $2M )
Site supervisor or manager (3 years required)




Knowledge of WA national construction codes and H&S;
Full working rights
Ability to manage in office projects, from civil works to competition for a main contractor
Diploma in construction or similar
