About the Role

UGG EXPRESS is one of Australia’s leading sheepskin and footwear retailers, offering a wide range of UGG boots, footwear, accessories and sheepskin products.

We are looking for enthusiastic and customer-focused Casual Retail Sales Assistants to join our team and provide a excellent shopping experience for our customers.

Key Responsibilities
Welcome customers and provide friendly and qualified service.
Understand customer needs and recommend suitable products, styles and sizes.
Develop good product knowledge and assist customers with their purchase decisions.
Process sales, returns and exchanges using the POS system.
Maintain store presentation, cleanliness and product displays.
Assist with stock replenishment, stock counts and general store operations.
Support the team in achieving store sales and service goals.

About You




Friendly, confident and customer-focused.
Positive communication and interpersonal skills.
Positive, proactive and reliable.
Interested in retail, fashion or footwear.
Able to work independently after training.
Previous retail, sales or customer service experience is preferred.
