Property Manager | Brunswick | SALARY UP TO $90K + SUPER An exciting opportunity has become available for an experienced Property Manager to join a well-established residential property management team in Brunswick.

This role offers the opportunity to manage a growing portfolio within a supportive and structured environment, with dedicated leasing support and additional administrative assistance available to the wider Property Management team.

What You'll Be Doing:
Managing an end-to-end residential property portfolio
Building and maintaining strong landlord and tenant relationships
Coordinating maintenance, inspections and general tenancy matters
Managing arrears, compliance and lease renewals
Maintaining accurate property records and CRM information
Liaising with landlords, tenants, contractors and other stakeholders




Providing exceptional customer service throughout the tenancy lifecycle
Working closely with the leasing and wider Property Management teams

What We're Looking For:
Previous residential Property Management experience
Solid end-to-end portfolio management experience
Excellent communication and relationship-building skills
Highly organised with strong attention to detail
Ability to manage competing priorities effectively
Proactive and solutions-focused approach
Current Agent's Representative Certificate
Victorian driver's licence and reliable vehicle The Details:
