Responsibilities:
Lead work streams on growth strategy, market entry and commercial strategy engagements for corporate and public sector clients
Design and test performance improvement initiatives that translate into measurable operational and financial outcomes
Build financial and commercial models to size opportunities, evaluate options and support investment decisions
Manage client relationships day to day and present findings directly to senior executives and boards
Direct the work of analysts and associates, reviewing analysis and coaching junior team members




Support business development through proposal input and scoping of recent engagements

Required Experience:
Experience at a top tier global strategy consulting firm such as McKinsey, BCG or Bain, or an equivalent boutique strategy practice
Track record leading work streams on growth, strategy or performance improvement engagements
Experience translating strategic recommendations into practical, implementable actions for clients
Exposure to sectors such as energy, financial services, infrastructure, telecommunications or consumer industries
Robust stakeholder management experience, including direct engagement with senior executives
Experience reviewing or mentoring the work of junior consultants or analysts

Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in business, commerce, economics, engineering or a related discipline
MBA or postgraduate qualification highly regarded but not essential
