About the Role

As a Senior Care Practitioner, you will continue to deliver exceptional, person-centred care while also acting as a role model and support for your colleagues. You’ll help drive consistency, quality, and compassion across services in the Ipswich region.

Key Responsibilities
Deliver high-quality personal care, ensuring clients’ dignity, comfort, and independence are always upheld
Support clients with daily living activities (e.g. personal hygiene, dressing, meal preparation)
Monitor client wellbeing and proactively report or escalate changes in condition




Take a more active role in care planning and supporting best practice across the team
Build trusting relationships with clients, families, and stakeholders
Collaborate closely with multidisciplinary teams to ensure holistic care delivery
Provide guidance and informal support to other Care Practitioners
Actively participate in ongoing training and development to strengthen leadership capability

What We’re Looking For
Have experience as a Care Practitioner or in a similar role
Demonstrate a strong commitment to person-centred care
Are ready to take on increased responsibility and lead by example
Communicate effectively and build positive relationships
Work well independently and within a team
Show reliability, initiative, and genuine care for client wellbeing
A relevant qualification in health or social care
