Role: Sales Consultant

Location: St Marys NSW

About the Role

As a Sales Consultant, you’ll manage customers throughout the entire sales journey—from their initial enquiry through to purchase and handover.

You’ll take the time to understand each customer’s requirements, recommend the right solution and deliver a professional, consultative sales experience.

Key Responsibilities
Manage warm inbound leads from the website, Facebook, Google, phone and email
Follow up enquiries promptly and convert opportunities into sales
Build trusted relationships with prospective and existing customers
Conduct showroom, display and virtual appointments
Recommend suitable tiny home or portable building solutions
Prepare quotations, negotiate and confidently close sales




Maintain accurate customer and follow-up records in the CRM
Participate in Saturday showroom trading as required

About You

You’ll be a confident, resilient and results-driven salesperson who enjoys building relationships and turning warm enquiries into successful outcomes.

You will ideally bring
Proven sales experience with a strong record of meeting or exceeding targets
Robust consultative selling, negotiation and closing skills
Excellent communication and relationship-building abilities
A confident and professional phone manner
Robust self-motivation, resilience and a genuine drive to earn
CRM experience and general computer skills
