We are seeking an experienced Facilities Manager to provide 1 month of temporary cover for a site in the Tuncurry region of NSW.

This is a contract role, which could potentially transition into a permanent role.

Working closely with an exceptional onsite team, you will oversee the day-to-day operation and maintenance of the asset, ensuring a protected, compliant and well-presented workplace for tenants.

Key Responsibilities
Management of planned and reactive maintenance
Coordination of contractors and service providers
Monitoring statutory compliance, WHS and risk management activities
Overseeing building services including HVAC, electrical, fire and essential services
Supporting tenant maintenance requests and stakeholder engagement
Assisting with operational reporting and budget tracking

About You




Previous facilities management experience within retail, commercial or mixed-use assets
Strong understanding of building operations and contractor management
Knowledge of compliance, WHS and essential services requirements
Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
Available to commence immediately
