Hospitality & Resident Experience Manager

Gold Coast | $110K-$130K + Super | Full Time

Are you an experienced hospitality leader looking for something different from the traditional hotel or resort environment?

We are recruiting a Hospitality & Resident Experience Manager to join a premium retirement community on the Gold Coast.

The organisation wants to take its hospitality offering to the next level and is looking for someone who has previously improved a venue, lifted service standards, led a relaunch or helped transform the overall customer experience.

Aged care experience is not required.

We are particularly interested in candidates from hotels, high-end resorts, premium venues, events or hospitality operations.

What you'll be doing
Lead the day-to-day hospitality operation, including the bistro and broader resident experience
Manage and develop a team of approximately 12 staff
Improve service standards and create a genuine premium hospitality experience
Take ownership of food safety, compliance and operational standards




Drive revenue and identify opportunities to improve the hospitality offering
Bring current ideas and improvements to the operation

What we're looking for

You will be an experienced hospitality leader who understands what premium service looks like and knows how to deliver it consistently.

Ideally, you will have experience within a hotel, high-end resort, premium hospitality venue or events workplace.

We are particularly interested in someone who has been involved in a venue turnaround, service overhaul, relaunch, rebrand or major hospitality improvement.
