Summary:

We are seeking a skilled Beauty Therapist & Eyelash Technician to join our team at Allure Aesthetics Studio in Morningside, Queensland. You must have enough experience to work independently and without constant supervision.

Responsibilities:
Perform a variety of beauty treatments, including eyebrow waxing, lamination, lash and brow tinting and lash lifts.
Apply eyelash extensions and provide aftercare advice to clients.
Consult with clients to understand their beauty needs and preferences.
Maintain clientele and encourage re-booking
Maintain a clean and hygienic work environment in accordance with health and safety regulations.
Keep up to date with the latest beauty trends and techniques.
Manage client bookings and maintain accurate records of treatments.
Provide exceptional customer service to enhance client experience.

Qualifications:




Certificate III in Beauty Therapy or equivalent qualification or experience.
Proven experience as a Beauty Therapist and Eyelash Technician.
Strong knowledge of beauty products and techniques.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to work flexible schedule, including weekends and evenings.
Solid attention to detail and a passion for the beauty industry.
