The Role

You’ll be joining a highly capable engineering team building high-performance software in C++ and C#. This is hands-on engineering where you’ll be solving complex problems, influencing technical decisions, and helping shape the direction of the platform. You’ll have a genuine voice in architecture and design, not just a backlog of tickets to get through.

What you’ll be doing
Designing, building, and maintaining high-performance software components in C++ and C#
Contributing to architecture and technical design decisions
Writing clean, tested, maintainable code and helping set engineering standards across the team
Working closely with product, QA, and other engineers to deliver reliable software
Mentoring mid-level engineers and supporting their growth
Investigating, troubleshooting, and improving performance-critical systems

What you’ll bring




5+ years of commercial software engineering experience
Strong hands-on experience developing production software in both C++ and C#
A solid understanding of software design principles, object-oriented programming, and system architecture
Experience working with multithreaded, real-time, or performance-sensitive systems will be highly regarded
Confidence working across the full software development lifecycle
Solid communication skills and the ability to explain technical trade-offs clearly
Mining software experience highly desirable but not essential
