We're looking for a motivated and driven Sales Associate to join a high-performing Manly team, supporting two established Directors. Whether you already have some real estate experience or you're looking for your first chance in the industry, this is a fantastic chance to build the foundations for a successful long-term career in sales.

This role is all about attitude, work ethic and ambition. If you're hungry to learn, confident speaking with people and genuinely want to become a successful Sales Agent, we want to hear from you.

The Role
Supporting two experienced Directors
Prospecting and new business activity
Database callbacks and relationship building
Assisting with open homes
Letterbox drops and local area marketing
Organising pre-settlement gifts
General Sales Associate duties
Building your knowledge of the local property market

About You
Current Certificate of Registration – essential
Experience is not essential – attitude and ambition are key
Reliable car and current driver's licence
Ideally based around the Northern Beaches or Lower North Shore
Solid work ethic and positive attitude
Confident communication and people skills
Proactive, energetic and willing to get involved
Comfortable prospecting and building relationships
Genuinely passionate about building a long-term career in real estate sales
Ambitious to eventually progress into becoming a successful Sales Agent
