The AFL in Melbourne seeks two Victorian High Performance Leads to drive protected, high-performing development across Victoria’s talent pathway. Based in Melbourne, you’ll lead regional high-performance staff, oversee State Academy athlete preparation, and ensure programs and data align with AFL standards and frameworks.
You will guide athlete testing, GPS monitoring and performance reporting, while building robust partnerships with coaches, medical staff and external providers.
