The Role

As a Bar Attendant, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional beverage service in a fast-paced and dynamic environment. You will prepare and serve drinks, engage with guests, and contribute to a welcoming atmosphere while maintaining Epicurean's high standards of service and presentation.

Key Responsibilities
Prepare and serve a range of alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages
Deliver friendly, professional, and efficient guest service
Process beverage orders accurately and efficiently
Maintain cleanliness and presentation of the bar area
Replenish stock and assist with inventory management
Ensure compliance with responsible service of alcohol and venue procedures
Work collaboratively with the wider Food & Beverage team to deliver exceptional guest experiences

About You




Previous bar, hospitality, or customer service experience preferred
Current Responsible Service of Alcohol (RSA) certificate
Passion for hospitality and creating memorable guest experiences
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to work effectively in a high-volume environment
Reliable, well-presented, and a positive team player
Flexible availability across evenings, weekends, and public holidays
