The Role
This role involves working with a diverse caseload of hand and upper limb conditions, delivering high-quality, evidence-based care in a supportive team environment.
Key responsibilities include:
Assessing, diagnosing, and treating a wide range of hand and upper limb injuries and conditions
Developing and implementing tailored treatment plans
Fabricating and fitting splints where required
Working both independently and collaboratively within a clinical team
Building strong relationships with patients to support long-term outcomes
Maintaining accurate clinical documentation and reports
About You
Demonstrated experience in hand therapy at an intermediate to advanced level
Relevant registration/accreditation (e.g. AHPRA, ESSA or equivalent)
Robust clinical reasoning and hands‑on therapy skills, including splinting
Ability to work autonomously while contributing to a team environment
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Passion for delivering high‑quality patient care
Requirements
Working With Children Check (as per state requirements)
NDIS Worker Screening Check
Completion of NDIS Worker Orientation Module
