A growing builder developer business with agood, solid teamis continuing to build its presence on the Gold Coast and is looking for an experiencedFinishing Foremanto join the team.

You’ll be working on a29-level luxury residential toweron the Gold Coast, taking ownership of the finishing stages and helping drive the project through to completion.

Withthree projects in the pipeline, the business is gearing up to runtwo builds concurrently, all on the Gold Coast. It’s a great opportunity to get in at the right time and grow with the business.

The Role
Coordinate finishing trades and subcontractors
Manage defects, snagging and rectification
Drive quality and presentation across the project
Conduct inspections and quality audits
Keep finishing works on programme
Work closely with the Site Manager and project team
Drive the project through to practical completion and handover

About You




Proven Finishing Foreman experience on high-rise or quality residential projects
Strong eye for detail and pride in your work
Confident managing multiple finishing trades
Solid subcontractor and stakeholder management skills
Trade background highly regarded
Gold Coast experience preferred
