Position Summary:
Rise with us and assist with the Club Lounge service, tending bar and serving food to guests
Receive daily updates on hotel requests and action accordingly
Ensure the Club Lounge is presentable and clean at all times
Assist with serving alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages to guests
With a focus on our guest's overall wellbeing, engage and inspire guests throughout the service experience
Support the Food and Beverage team in general operational tasks
Build and strengthen relationships with existing and recent guests, creating intimate and distinctive experiences to enable future bookings
About You:
An up-to-date RSA
Relevant experience in a similar role
