The Role

You will manage the day-to-day reception function while providing administrative support to the wider team.
Welcoming clients and visitors and coordinating office access
Answering and directing incoming calls




Maintaining a professional and well-presented reception area
Coordinating mail, couriers and office supplies
Providing general administration and office support
Building positive relationships with internal and external stakeholders

The Candidate

You will be a polished, approachable and highly organised qualified who takes pride in delivering excellent service. Previous reception, administration or customer service experience is preferred, together with:
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Excellent organisation and attention to detail
Confidence managing competing priorities
A proactive, reliable and team-focused approach
Proficiency across Microsoft Office
