Job Description

The Salvation Army Australia is seeking a Senior Case Manager to provide advanced case management support for vulnerable young people in Leongatha, VIC. This permanent, full time role is on‑site and reports to the Outer South Program Manager, delivering specialist guidance and ensuring protected, effective interventions.

You will work within a trauma‑informed framework, support the Journey to Independence Model of Care, and contribute to stronger outcomes across Gippsland.
